Printmaking is a wide and varied practice; this series of work focuses on cyanotype with botanical specimens, a photographic printing process known for its distinctive blue tones. Each botanical print in the collection is totally unique, a one-off piece. Using natural specimens these cyanotypes highlight the delicate details of plant life, resulting in richly textured, atmospheric compositions that celebrate the beauty of impermanence.
